Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted processors to deliver our product:

Each of these providers processes your data only on our instructions and under their own data processing agreements. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA (for example, in the United States); where this happens, they do so under recognised safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you're an active subscriber, plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we keep only the minimum record needed to honour that request.

Children's data

This is a service for adults (parents, grandparents, and carers). We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. The name and email address on a subscription belong to the adult subscriber, not the child the stories are shared with.

If you're an EU resident, you may alternatively complain to your local data protection authority, such as Denmark's Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
